Do you offer in-store/curbside pick-up?

We're always excited to have you here! Our doors are always open to give you the warmest of welcome! In-store pick up is definitely available at check out! You will get an email confirmation once your order is ready for pick up. All orders are usually ready within 10-15 minutes after order receipt. 

Want contactless? Give us a call when you arrive and we'll bring your order it to you!

What is my order's ETA if I choose to ship?

 All items shipping from our Pennsylvania store usually ship within 2-3 business days from order receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking and carrier details once the order ships. All other items range from 3-7 business days.

How do I return an item?

Once a return is approved, please ship the item to Violet Fashion - 3441 Butler Street, Pittsburgh Pennsylvania 15201 using any courier of your choice. Or you can send us a text or email to request a prepaid shipping label. There will be a $7 fee deducted from the store credit for the prepaid shipping label.

What is your returns policy?

Our passion for fashion is our daily life! And we work hard to bring you unique products you can enjoy! Due to the nature of our products, we will honor a store credit for all applicable returns. All returns/claims MUST be done within 15 days of order delivery. Please submit proof of delivery, order number, and the reason for the claim. All returns must be in unworn condition for approval.

 

All sales on accessories and intimate garments are final. Thank you for your support and understanding!

Do you provide International delivery?

We ship all over the continental United States to any port of export of the customers choosing.
